Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we don't offer refunds or accept returns for change-of-mind, wrong style choice, or size preference after the order is placed. Please review your order carefully and select your size using our size guide before purchasing. Unsure which size to pick? DM or WhatsApp us before ordering — we're happy to help.

Slight colour variations may occur due to screen display or lighting during photography — this is normal for handmade products and not considered a fault.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item or notice a mistake on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement at no extra shipping cost. We do not offer refunds — all resolutions are handled through replacement.

Size Correction

  • Petite/Wide sizing: If your size doesn't fit, place a new order with the correct size and we'll offer a 10% discount on the reorder. Reorder shipping is at your own cost.
  • Fully custom nail bed sizing: We estimate your size from the photos you send, and review them before production. If your finished set still doesn't fit, we'll send a free replacement in the correct size — reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Shipping & Delivery
Custom orders are ideally delivered within 2 weeks of confirmation. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by courier delays outside our control. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by courier services are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.

For wedding or event-specific orders, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to make sure your nails are ready and perfect for your big day. Need it sooner? DM or WhatsApp us — we may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on availability.
